Audi China Purchasing plays an important role in the purchasing strategy definition and realization in alignment with AUDI AG, which aims to promote the competitiveness of the Audi Brand and it's success in the China market, especially with regard to the current dynamic circumstances in the complex automobile industry and high competition among the automobile manufacturer, with the following clearly defined missions: support development in China for China, maximize competitive profitability, speed up product & service delivery time, drive sustainable development of the supplier chain.
Audi China Purchasing has leading function and plays as driving force in the following business contents and processes: common sourcing, strategy and decision committee management, development and service sourcing, new project steering.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Support daily project steering process/ management
- Preparation of management presentations
- Organize and prepare agenda for project meetings
- Attend various project meetings
- Support on alignment and information exchange with other project team members
- Support on alignment and information exchange with related departments at Audi AG
- Organization telco, vico, skype meetings with internal departments as well as suppliers
- Administrative tasks: room booking, business trip application, flight booking etc.
Qualifications
Education Background:
- On the way to Bachelor or master degree
Professional Skills:
- Proficiency in MS office (PPT, Excel, Word)
Competence Requirements:
- Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills, customer orientation
- Excellent organization, problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to work productively under pressure and be flexible for various tasks
