Job Description Legal Recruitment Researcher – Beijing, China
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a researcher to map the law firm and corporate market in China. The researcher should possess a detail-oriented approach to research and enter information collected in order to provide updated market intelligence.The candidate would be expected to effectively select and pre-screen candidates through various sources such as the internet or even direct calls. Phone etiquette and professionalism is a must. Additionally, researchers should assist consultantin the search process and prepare effective market proposals, candidate reports, and CVs.
Qualifications:
-Fluent English and Mandarin communication.
-Meticulous and detail oriented without sacrificing efficiency.
-Result oriented and ability to perform well under team environment.
-Bachelor’s degree qualification or above
-Legal knowledge or previous search experience gained from a recruitment firm a plus
-Computer savvy and database entry experience a plus.
