工作地点：上海市黄浦区
薪资：1500－2000元/月职位描述：
1  负责人事相关的基础工作，包括维护E-hr系统
2  协助办理员工入离职流程
3  协助招聘工作，包括简历筛选，面试通知，面试安排
4  协助 薪资福利团队相关统计工作，包括考勤统计、人事信息更新
   档案整理工作
5  协助组织各类培训活动，如新员工入职培训
6  其他人力资源部的相关工作

职位要求：
1 人力资源相关专业的本科在读学生
2 有相关人力资源实习工作经验者优先
3 优秀的表达能力和沟通能力
4 学习能力强，工作认真仔细并且有责任心
5 熟练的Microsoft Office操作技能，包括Microsoft Office Excel和Microsoft Office PowerPoint
6 良好的英语读写能力，CET-6
7 每周可工作3天及以上，至少可以连续工作6个月



JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1 In charge of operation and E-hr system maintenance
2 On-board and exit process support
3 Recruitment support, including CV pre-screen, interview arrangement, etc.
4 C&B support, including attendance statistics, information updates
  Personal file management
5  Training organization support, such as New Hire Orientation, etc.
6  Other tasks assigned by HR Team

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

1  Major in Human Resources management or related, bachelor degree undergraduate student
2  Excellent presentation skill and communication skill
3  Familiar with Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PPT
4  Strong learning skill, careful and hardworking attitude are the priority for this job
5  HR related internship experience is preferred
6  Good reading and writing English skill, CET-6
7  At least 3 days one week, last for 6 months
