1. 职位工作: Work with HR team to provide efficient and sufficient support on HR issues including mainland of China and Taiwan areas, sometimes for Korea.
Recruiting:
·Screening the resumes, call candidates for interview, follow up with hiring managers;
·Work with headhunter, schedule the interview and follow up the result, and service payment follow-up, too.
Training:
·Monitor the enrollment for each class, ensure the training capacity;
·Set up the training room before, and close after;
·Collect evaluation and consolidate for further actions.
C&B:
·Temp staff payroll management;
·Social benefit claim;
Others:
·Contract management
·Employee on-boarding and termination follow-up
·P-files management
·Internal communications 2. 职位要求: (1) 至少大学本科学历。在读大三学生优先。 (2) 英语听说读写能力优秀。 (3) 擅长Excel、Word等办公软件的操作。 3. 工作时间: 一周至少2-3天。每日工作时间为9:00-18:00。
