o    Coordinate interviews across global offices
o    Greet candidates upon arrival, and set up interviews
o    Follow up the interviews  
o    Liaise between candidates, headhunters and hiring managers  
o    Support Senior Recruiter’s work
o    Support full circle work, projects, events that related to recruitment

o    Organized, detail-oriented self-starter and quick learner.
o    Excellent communication skills.
o    Good time/task management skills, and are able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
o    Ability to assume full responsibility for tasks with limited supervision.
o    Excited and comfortable to work with a high caliber team in an international setting and contribute to an aggressively expanding Internet start-up.   
o    A patient, likable, extroverted character.
o    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a quick learner of new software.  
o    Fluency in oral and written English/Chinese.
o    No direct or related experience required.
